Annual Downtown Elmira Holiday Parade

Come celebrate the 66th year of the Downtown Elmira Holiday Parade on November 29th at 10am. Bring your family to see all the popular characters your kiddos have come to love such as Bluey and Bingo as well as our traditional characters such as Mickey and Minnie! This parade is made possible by volunteers.
